Just returned from the most amazing week. The staff are fantastic as is the food. This is not just a fitness camp - it is so much more. I learnt so much about myself and how I can make the right choices for a happy and healthy future. If you can - go!

I was incredibly nervous and unsure of what to expect but felt relaxed from the moment I arrived as the amazing team put me at ease. The week involved fun (but tough) workouts, gorgeous food as well as mindfulness and working on your own personal goals. I laughed, cried and learnt so much about myself & what I can achieve. I left feeling completely reset, with a changed mindset on my fitness and nutrition. Thank you to the Body Camp team for making my week a magical one. You guys have created something truly wonderful and this has been something I will remember for the rest of my life. ???

Whether it's weight loss goals, a reset or just wanting to do something a little different and fun then The Body Camp is a wonderful place to go. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the food delicious and the day filled with fun and at times challenging workouts. I went as a solo guest and left with 15 new friends, a positive attitude to my exercise and eating habits and a gratitude for the journey I'd been on....

Honestly I don't even know where to begin. The Body Camp has 1000% transformed me in every positive way possible. I couldn't be happier leaving Ibiza. They have nailed everything - so much so, that I couldn't fault it even if I tried. The staff are so lovely. Food is delicious. Work outs are fun, varied and enjoyable. And the mindfulness sessions are just incredible. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! ??

The food is definitely one of the highlights at The Body Camp. It's now 100% plant-based, but for those meat-eaters you won't feel like you're missing out on anything at all. The chefs are also really happy to talk about any aspect of food and nutrition, and every dish is also beautifully presented and Instagram-worthy!
