Our Essentials inclusive package offers an “all-in” programme from morning to lunch then optional activities in the afternoon. Unlike Ibiza, guests can decide if they want “results” by choosing all-in effort or time to kick back and relax in the afternoon. Our mind training classes are less intense than the Life Transformational Programme offered in Ibiza.
The experience is a mixed week of high-energy, fun fitness, music led circuits, hiking, mind training, games, cookery lessons, yoga, meditation and all the essentials we offer in Ibiza but to larger groups with the optional afternoon programme, embracing all that Mallorca has to offer, with a price to suit all budgets. We also offer up to 4 week stays for guests looking to reach their fitness and weight-loss goals.
We have a fun-filled, diverse fitness programme, which includes our infamous big hike days through the stunning Mallorcan countryside with skilled guided tours. We will also be offering a half day’s guided cycling experiences along with our fitness classes and coaching. You can also book massages and beauty treatments from our on-site therapists.
Expect to lose excess weight, feel amazing, have fun, learn new skills, restore your mind, calm it down, breathe deep, laugh a lot, eat fabulous superfood meals, relax in the peace of the Mallorcan countryside, have time out of life and be surrounded by positive, fun, supportive people, sleep like babies and find your life balance.
Our week runs from Friday to Friday and we have a few rooms that offer a minimum of 3 nights plus non-residence weekly and day passes (from 1 – 6 days), where you would stay off-site and join us daily from 7am – 7pm. We also offer multiple week packages (maximum of 4 weeks) for guests looking to reach their weight-loss and fitness goals.
